Ann joined her husband Fenn in the agency in 1997, serving as a primary customer service representative for 25+ years. Currently she oversees quoting and servicing all lines of personal insurance along with advising on claims. She and Fenn have three grown sons – Fenn, Josiah and Jacob, two daughter-in-law’s, McKenzie and Francesca, and seven bright, busy and beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys swimming, running, time with family, and most of all being “Mimi” to her amazing grands!
