I have been with Allen & Ballard for almost 20 years – except for a brief period when I lived in SC. One of the nice things about moving back to NC was the fact that I didn’t have to search for an insurance agent. That process is arduous. I knew without a doubt I’d reinstate, Allen & Ballard. They are knowledgeable about their products and their rates are competitive. They explain their services well, noting the pros and cons, offering recommendations that are sensible and affordable.
I trust them. They have been my advocate when I’ve needed them to address issues with another insurance company or even within Erie itself.
Anne and I have had to pleasure of talking children, teenagers (as I added car insurance), divorce (as I removed insurance), moves and more moves. The introduction to her children as they stepped into the roles at the office. I have never personally meet Anne but she has added to the security and reassurance that when I NEED the insurance they provide I don’t have to worry that I, will be taken care of.
Francesca has added another level of communication and is always pleasant and responsive.
