Born to Lead Results Formula- Part 3- EVALUATE
Evaluate how you can best apply what you learn to improving your life and your impact on your sphere of influence.
Evaluate the cost of maintaining the status quo versus pursuing your dreams. Are you willing to pay the price to transform your life?
Evaluate how you can align your Schedule and Actions with your core Beliefs, Values, Purpose and Goals.
Evaluate how you can best leverage your time, talents and actions to maximize your effectiveness and results in the area of tasks and productivity. (NOTE: Don’t try to be efficient in your relationships or you won’t have any.)
Evaluate what you need to Reduce or Eliminate from your life. What beliefs, thoughts, time wasters or actions are actually robbing you of living a more productive, joyous and fulfilling life? (TV, Internet surfing, perfectionism, etc.)
Evaluate what you can Consolidate by combining tasks together at the same time. (Exercise with a friend, listen to something educational while driving in your car, etc.)
Evaluate your decisions and resulting actions based on the long term benefit or consequence. Our poorest decisions are often made by giving in to a momentary pleasure or pressure while forfeiting our long term health and happiness. You will almost always make the better choice in what you eat, buy or spend your time on if you think about the long term benefit or consequence.
Based on your personal values, rate your current level of success based on where you are compared to where you want to be in regards to your Vocation. (10 is the best) Go to your Notebook and record the Date and the appropriate question number and your answer to each question-

17. What are the greatest obstacles you have to overcome to improve your Vocational life?
