Before you can go on a journey you must first make an honest assessment of where you are before you set out for where you want to go.
Every day we make decisions by assessing various choices so that we can select the best option based on our needs and wants- from where to buy our gas and groceries, to who we spend time with, to what we watch on TV and on and on.
However, we seldom make assessments of ourselves to see if we are making the most of our lives.
By taking time to thoughtfully and honestly answer some basic questions you can gain insight into the full reality of your current situation so that you can improve your decision making and results going forward.
Additionally, if you ask your accountability partner to honestly answer the same questions about you from their perspective you will gain an even greater awareness of your present reality.
Remember, the scale doesn’t change the truth it simply reveals the truth without any bias.
Over the next seven days you will ASSESS yourself in the seven major areas of your life to give you a starting baseline.
Based on your personal values, rate your current level of success based on where you are; compared to where you want to be in regards to your Physical Health. (10 is the best) Go to your Notebook and record the Date and the appropriate question number and your answer to each question-
